Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are made by means of
written confirmation by e-mail.

- You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 21 days before departure.
- For cancellations from 21 to 7 days prior to departure, we charge 30 % of the total amount.
- For cancellations from 7 to 1 day prior to departure, we charge 50 % of the total amount.
- In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the total amount

We use environmentally-friendly cleaning products.
We have wood heating from a centralised heating plant
We buy from regional suppliers whenever possible.
Your breakfast eggs are guaranteed to come from local free-range hens!
Milk and dairy products are from South Tyrol.
Bread / Bakery products from the baker next door or baked on the premises.
We are cooking more and more meat-free meals.

Please use public transport; you can use your GuestPass!

Do not leave any rubbish lying around in the countryside or around the huts! We live by the motto: “If I can it carry up, I can also carry it home again.“

We operate in-house waste sorting.

For groups booking half board, we offer a drinks package to cut down on waste.

Pets

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. However, we ask you to respect our house rules and local rules of good conduct. Your pet pays 10.00 € per day. Any damage caused will be charged.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. A smoking area is available in the garden.
